If working in cold temperatures (40 to 50 deg F), Monstaliner will take longer to dry before roller recoat is possible. Avoid roller application of your 2nd coat if the coating is still very sticky. Recoat should only proceed when the surface of your 1st coat is getting firm to touch with only a very slight surface tack when pressed lightly with your fingertips.
